Your 2 Week Check-Up
You are now 2 weeks into 2012 so at this point if
what you are doing is working then you should be
experiencing at least one of these 3:
1) Losing weight (ideally 1-3 pounds per week)
2) Losing inches (if you took your measurements
at the beginning of the year – which I suggested
– you can take them again now and you should
see inches lost over the 2 weeks)
3) Increases in your energy.
Here is some tough love: If you are not achieving at
least one of the above then what you are currently
doing is now working.

You and your family deserve better than for you to
spin your wheels when it comes to losing weight and
