                    • This session will help you see how many things you are currently doing that can be tweaked to crank up your energy and mood
                    • You will learn how to build the daily habits that will serve as your foundation for Winning Today and then how to repeat that day after day

                    • This session will help you see that everyone from Lance Armstrong to Michael Jordan has a negative voice.
                    • You will learn how to actively grab the microphone so that you can dominate and control your negative voice and let your positive voice run the show.

                    • This session will help you discover and unleash your personal power by giving you the tools to take consistent inspired action throughout your life journey.
                    • You will learn how to break through obstacles that have derailed you in the past.

                    • Learn how to challenge self-limiting beliefs, create new empowering beliefs and take inspired action in spite of fear.

                    • In this session you will learn how nurturing your whole life can have an immediate effect on your health and your ability to take consistent inspired action.
                    • You will explore not only how your wellness is tied to how you eat, move, and think but also to your relationships, work environments, responsibilities and more.
                    • You will leave this session with a personal wellness map as well as strategies for staying on your fitness and wellness plan for life.

                    • In this session you will learn how to move beyond goals like trying to look good for your high school reunion to get to the core of action-instigating “Whys,” like to be a rock star great-grandmother someday or to set your children up with habits to be healthy adults.
                    • You will end this session with clear (in your mind and written down) “Whys” that will be what you think of when your negative voice is trying to talk you into blowing off a workout or into eating badly.

                    • In this session you will uncover result-robbing habits and be guided on how to break them moving forward.
                    • You will leave this session with the tools and game plan to substitute new healthy habits in place of these results-robbing habits.


                    • In this session you will see that setting big goals drives action and consistency.
                    • You will leave this session with clearly defined short-term goals, long-term goals and how to use the goals (where to post them, when to read them, etc.) to propel you into turning them into accomplishments.

                    • Your power team consists of allies that support your intention to live fit and be well.
                    • Learn how to select and harness the power of your personal team.


                    • In this session you will learn how to motivate your kids, spouse, siblings, parents, etc. to take inspired action (it is not what you think).
